Support
Get help with Holler.
Holler turns a private webhook into a shared push alert. Most issues can be fixed from the alert screen in the app.
Notifications are not arriving
- Open Holler and make sure notifications are enabled.
- Open the alert and make sure it is live and not muted.
- Ask the creator to use Send test notification.
- If tests still fail, open iPhone Settings, select Holler, and verify that notifications are allowed.
A webhook stopped working
Copy the current webhook URL from the alert screen. A rotated or deleted webhook immediately returns 404 not_found. A valid request must use POST, a JSON content type, and include non-empty title and message strings.
Manage your information
Holler has no accounts. Creators can delete an alert from its alert screen. Recipients can leave any joined alert. You can mute an alert without leaving it, and you can disable notifications from iPhone Settings.
For a privacy request that cannot be completed in the app, use the developer contact shown on Holler’s App Store product page and include the alert name and whether you created or joined it. Never send a private webhook URL in a support request.
Service expectations
Holler is a lightweight, best-effort notification relay. Apple may delay or suppress notifications because of device settings, connectivity, Focus modes, or system delivery policies. Holler cannot confirm that a person saw an alert.
